Data we collect
We only collect the data you send us via the contact form:
- name;
- company (optional);
- email address;
- phone number (optional);
- type of enquiry;
- the content of your message;
- your consent to the processing of this data.
For security and anti-spam purposes, our server temporarily records technical data (e.g. IP address, submission timestamp). The site does not use any audience-measurement tool.
Purposes and legal basis
- Process your enquiry and get back to you (legal basis: your consent).
- Ensure the security of the form, anti-spam (legal basis: our legitimate interest).
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Energy Rangers SARL team. The following technical sub-processors are also involved:
- Google (Google Workspace), to route the form emails to our inbox info@energy-rangers.com;
- our web host;
- Google Maps, to display the map on the Contact page (see "Cookies").
Some of these providers (Google) may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Retention period
Enquiries received via the form are kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies
This site does not use audience-measurement or advertising cookies, and the fonts are hosted locally (no call to a third-party service). However, the Google Maps map on the Contact page may set Google cookies when it loads. You can manage or refuse cookies via your browser settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and technical credentials are stored outside the public area. We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to us at info@energy-rangers.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), the Luxembourg authority (cnpd.public.lu).
